Refund and cancellation
Refund, rescheduling, and cancellation terms for paid planning sessions with Node Vector Goal Planning.

Proposed terms — pending business confirmation. The following reflects standard market practice for individual consulting-style sessions until the operator confirms otherwise in writing.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for personal planning and goal sequencing sessions booked with Node Vector Goal Planning Co., Ltd. .
Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund of prepaid fees, or free rescheduling once.
- Within 48 hours: up to 50% refund or one rescheduled slot within 14 days, at our discretion depending on reserved time.
- No-show without notice: no refund; written action plan work not yet started may be rescheduled for a rebooking fee proposed at inquiry.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra charge.
Work already started
If a written action plan has been delivered, session fees are non-refundable; partial refunds apply only to unused prepaid blocks described in your booking confirmation.
Deposits
Deposits holding calendar time are non-refundable if you cancel inside the 48-hour window but may transfer once to a new date within 30 days.
How to request a refund
Email info@nodevector.digital or call +66-53-327-614 with your name, session date, and payment reference. We respond within five business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within fourteen business days.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under Thailand’s Consumer Protection Act.
