Scope

This notice applies to visitors of nodevector.digital under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We process only data you provide voluntarily.

What we collect

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your inquiry and scheduling sessions — legitimate interest and, where applicable, steps prior to a contract.
• Storing your cookie preference — consent recorded in local storage when you choose Accept or Reject.

Where data goes

Form submissions are sent via HTTPS POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain. Our server uses the data only to respond to you and to administer requested services. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact us at the email above. You may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.

Security

We use TLS for data in transit and limit access to inquiry data to staff who need it to respond.
